After the implementation of the so-called "zero" stage, at which the management company implements its marketing policy through advertising and visits to potential customers and studying them and, as a result, the emergence of a certain interest of ship-owners in it, the process of deciding by the ship-owner on the selection of managers based on requirements and criteria begins. The main goal of the ship-owner in the selection of a management company is to obtain a low budget of fixed expenses while ensuring quality, attracting qualified ship and coastal specialists. The work details the process of selecting and appointing a management company as a ship-owner.
