ПРОБЛЕМА СНА В НАУЧНО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОМ ДИСКУРСЕ: ОБЗОР ЗАРУБЕЖНЫХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ

Аннотация (русский):
В статье рассматривается здоровый сон как элемент педагогической работы и как один из факторов качественного и успешного обучения на всех этапах жизни человека. Представлен обзор зарубежных исследований, в ходе анализа которых делается вывод о важности и значимости здорового сна в период обучения. Ставится вопрос о необходимости внедрения в отечественную педагогику сомнологических знаний и зарубежного опыта с целью повышения качества обучения и улучшения физического и психического здоровья обучающихся.
