This paper provides the results of a study that delineates a system of indicators used to evaluate effi ciency of labour potential use. The system of indicators includes an integrated indicator for performance evaluation that is characterized by the ratio between the employer’s costs incurred from employees and their labour productivity as well as single indicators that refl ect the socioeconomic environment where labour potential is exercised. The author concludes that the Republic of Belarus faces a decline in the effi ciency gains of the labour potential use due to a lack of having a positive work attitude in the workplace and negative trends of labour standards setting in organizations and industries.
