The article provides analysis of the stability and growth of larch climatypes 1980 landing, located on the territory of Zabaykalsky Krai in the Chita forestry for further assessment, selec-tion, and use the most promising species and climatypes for afforestation in this region. The ac-counting establishment has shown that on the background of the same environmental conditions and adverse weather factors of climatypes, there were substantial differences in this indicator. In the first 10-15 years after planting of geographical cultures of the above indicators remain unstable.
