The article reflects modern interpretation of concepts enterprise investment attractiveness and personnel potential, their interrelation is shown as well. Taking into account the existing concepts the author’s treatment of personnel potential is given. A theoretical justification of the fact that personnel potential is a factor of rising enterprise investment attractiveness is de-scribed. The influence of enterprise occupational safety on its investment attractiveness is marked. Peculiarities of personnel potential forming in the enterprises of timber processing complex are described.
