Abstract (English):
This article reviews the most important current problems associated with ventilation of the crankcase of diesel engines. Highlights and explains the main problems and their solutions. Consid-erable attention is paid to the main element of the crankcase ventilation system diesel - oil separator. The article also presents an installation for carrying out non-motorized test the crankcase ventilation system. Data on non-motorized and motorized testing of patented oil separator.
