IMPACT OF HIGH-FREQUENCY TRANSCRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION ON THE STATE MIKROTSIRKULJATORNO-TISSUE SYSTEMS IN PATIENTS WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME

Abstract (English):
In the article the pathogenetic importance of microcirculatory disorders and metabolic syndrome. It was established that in this pathology is reduced capillary perfusion level mainly due to the nutritional component of the microcirculation. It is shown that the course application of transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with metabolic syndrome have a pronounced effect on correcting system microhemodynamics. The changes were due to increased microcirculation oscillations of myogenic and endothelial ranges. The result of the activation of local mechanisms of tissue blood flow was adequate modulation of microvasculature, aimed at increasing the volume characteristics microhemodynamics, strengthening transport function of blood, improve metabolism and transcapillary trophic tissue.
