FEATURES OF PROCESS OF NATURAL EVACUATION OF PRODUCTS OF EROSION IN CASE OF ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINING OF MICROOPENINGS

Abstract (English):
Results of researches of process of natural evacuation of products of an erosion of an interelectrode interval in case of an electrical discharge machining of microopenings are published in article. By researches it is established that two flows are the cornerstone of process of natural evacuation of products of an erosion of an interelectrode interval: the ascending evacuating flow saturated with steam-gas bubbles, and the descending updating flow being a consequence of the first flow. As a result of researches the mathematical models showing that intensity of self-evacuation increases with increase in a saturation of the evacuating flow bubbles were received.
