Abstract (English):
In this article an algorithm for analysis of the technical capabilities of the information exchange based on stochastic network apparatus, characterized in that it enables not only finding the aver-age values of the characteristics, but also their distribution point higher order. Staging also comes from sources Cove accounting errors, faults and failures in elements of corporate portals, covered by a particular protocol, which are described more complex than the binomial and Poisson probability distributions.
