ABSTRACT

In the conditions of investment resource limitation the choice of innovative projects for their further fi-nancing is an important and urgent task. It fully be-longs to the most complex and problematic sector of housing and communal services (HCS) where for dec-ades innovations were ignored. Problems of develop-ment of housing and communal services are com-pounded by the fact that the technological, economic, organizational and social problems connected with outdated technical and technological base, continuous insufficient funding and reforming intertwine here. The paper proposes some practical approaches to selection of innovative projects, correlation of the expenses which are required for their realization and the received results.
