Cel'yu raboty stalo izuchenie pokazateley okislitel'nogo stressa, soderzhaniya okislenno- modificirovannyh belkov i osmoticheskoy stoykosti eritrocitov bol'nyh vnebol'nichnoy pnevmoniey. Ob'ekt issledovaniya: eritrocity 33 bol'nyh vnebol'nichnoy pnevmoniey i 19 zdorovyh lyudey. Opredelyalos' soderzhanie karbonil'nyh proizvodnyh, membranosvyazannogo gemoglobina, malonovogo dial'degida i ocenivalas' osmoticheskaya stoykost' eritrocitov. Rezul'taty issledovaniya pokazali narusheniya okislitel'nogo metabolizma v eritrocitah, chto vnosit vklad v progressirovanie zabolevaniya.
