Issledovali rol' aktivnyh form kisloroda v signal'nom mehanizme rannego gipoksicheskogo prekondicionirovaniya ( rGP) in vivo. Ustanovili, chto predvaritel'noe vvedenie neselektivnogo antioksidanta nepryamogo deystviya N-(2-merkaptopropionil)-glicina i «lovushki» gidroksil'nyh radikalov 1,3-dimetiltiomocheviny polnost'yu ustranyalo infarkt-limitiruyuschiy effekt adaptacii. Vvedenie antioksidantov tempol i troloks, a takzhe primenenie N-(2-merkaptopropionil)-glicina posle rGP ne okazyvalo vliyaniya na zaschitnyy effekt adaptacii.
