Provedeno issledovanie antioksidantnoy aktivnosti travy cikoriya obyknovennogo metodom registracii hemilyuminescencii. V rezul'tate provedennogo issledovaniya vyyavlena sposobnost' vodnyh i spirtovyh izvlecheniy iz travy cikoriya podavlyat' generaciyu aktivnyh form kisloroda i perekisnogo okisleniya lipidov v model'nyh sistemah, chto harakterizuet ih antioksidantnye svoystva, kotorye naibolee vyrazheny pri vvedenii vodnyh izvlecheniy travy cikoriya v koncentracii 0,1 mg/ml.
