The paradigms, characteristics, dynamics and information links of the external environment of maturing personality were considered. In the external environment three components were investigated: the social environment and its dynamics; business and business environment, their dynamics; the educational environment. The dynamics of social processes and management systems in modern organizations were studied. The positive and negative processes affecting the development of the personality were considered. The flowchart illustrating the considered issues was created. Research results are available for the reflection of changes in educational technology and content required for the individual’s professional development.
