Obosnovanie Izvestno bolee 119 lokusov genov cheloveka, otvetstvennyh za razvitie ozhireniya u vzroslyh. Odnim iz takih yavlyaetsya polimorfizm Q223R gena receptora leptina (LEPR), dlya kotorogo ustanovlena associaciya s izbytochnoy massoy tela i ozhireniem u vzroslyh, odnako ostaetsya spornym vopros o ego roli v razvitii ozhireniya u podrostkov. Cel': opredelit' associaciyu polimorfizma Q223R gena LEPR c nekotorymi biohimicheskimi i gormonal'nymi pokazatelyami krovi u devochek-podrostkov s normal'nym vesom i s izbytochnoy massoy tela i ozhireniem. Materialy i metody: 103 devochki podrostkovogo vozrasta (14-17 let) razdeleny na 2 gruppy: 43 - s normal'nym vesom (SDS IMT 0,311±0,585), 65 - s izbytochnoy massoy tela i ozhireniem (SDS IMT 2,255±0,739). Vsem devochkam provedeny antropometricheskie (rost, ves, IMT, SDS IMT), laboratornye (trigliceridy, obschiy holesterin i ego frakciy, TTG, T4svobodnyy, leptin) i molekulyarno-geneticheskoe (na nositel'stvo variantov polimorfizma Q223R gena LEPR) issledovaniya. Statisticheskiy analiz rezul'tatov provodilsya na programmnom obespechenii «STATISTICA 8.0» s ispol'zovaniem neparametricheskogo metoda Manna-Uitni. Rezul'taty: V kontrol'noy gruppe vyyavlena associaciya nositel'stva RR-genotipa s SDS IMT (r=0,006), so snizheniem urovnya svobodnogo tiroksina (r=0,0124) i uvelicheniem TTG (r=0,006). Associacii issledovannyh parametrov s izuchaemym polimorfizmom v gruppe s izbytochnoy massoy tela i ozhireniem ne vyyavleno. Zaklyuchenie: Pokazana associaciya R-allelya s uvelicheniem SDS IMT, TTG, a takzhe so snizheniem urovnya T4svobodnyy v gruppe kontrolya.
