Mikroflora vlagalischa igraet vazhnuyu rol' i ee sleduet rassmatrivat' kak svoeobraznuyu ekologicheskuyu sistemu, reagiruyuschuyu na lyubye izmeneniya sostoyaniya organizma zhenschiny. Klinicheski vyrazhennye genital'nye infekcii etiologicheski svyazany s uslovno-patogennymi mikroorganizmami. V patogeneze razvitiya disbiozov vazhnuyu rol' igrayut ne tol'ko kolichestvennye i kachestvennye izmeneniya v mikroflore, no i «patogennyy potencial» mikroorganizmov. Provedeno mikrobiologicheskoe issledovanie mikrobioty vlagalischa u zhenschin s hronicheskim endometritom i reproduktivnymi narusheniyami. V issledovanie byli vklyucheny 63 zhenschiny s hronicheskim endometritom (HE) i 39 zhenschin gruppy sravneniya (bez HE). Pokazano, chto mikroekologicheskie narusheniya v vaginal'nom biotope u zhenschin obeih grupp harakterizuyutsya deficitom normoflory (laktobakteriy) i shirokim spektrom uslovno-patogennyh vidov. Vyyavlena chastota vstrechaemosti vzyatyh v issledovanie genov patogennosti u bakteriy roda Enterococcus, vydelennyh iz vaginal'nogo biotopa zhenschin. Shtammy enterokokkov (E. faecium i E. faecalis), vydelennye u zhenschin s HE, yavlyayutsya rezervuarom geneticheskih determinant genov patogennosti (efaA, asa 1, sprE), podtverzhdaya izvestnye dannye o bol'shem potenciale patogennosti u dannyh vidov bakteriy. Geny (efaA,asa1), osuschestvlyayuschie nachal'nyy etap inficirovaniya organizma–hozyaina byli detektirovany u enterokokkov vaginal'nogo biotopa v 12,5% i tol'ko u zhenschin s HE. Gen serinovoy proteinazy (sprE), otvechayuschiy za proniknovenie i razrushenie tkaney, detektirovali takzhe tol'ko u zhenschin s HE v 37,5%.
