Predprinyata popytka dokazat' effektivnost' nestandartnogo dlya Rossii metoda lecheniya bolevogo sindroma pri poyasnichnom osteohondroze. Provedeno sravnitel'noe issledovanie effektivnosti farmakoterapii i trakcionnogo lecheniya, s primeneniem teh zhe metodov v sochetanii s metodami psihoterapii. V issledovanii uchastvovalo 150 pacientov, kotorye byli razdeleny na 3 gruppy po 50 chelovek v kazhdoy. Odnim iz osnovnyh kriteriev vybora pacientov dlya issledovaniya yavlyalsya dlitel'nyy bolevoy anamnez s ranee neeffektivnym, dlitel'nym lecheniem razlichnymi standartnymi shemami, primenyaemymi v poliklinikah i stacionarah. Effektivnost' lecheniya ocenivalas' putem provedeniya haoticheskogo analiza osnovnyh parametrov, imeyuschih znachimost' pri dannoy patologii, takih kak bol' i vertebronevrologicheskie pokazateli. Vyyavleno preimuschestvo kompleksnogo podhoda v lechenii hronicheskih myshechno-skeletnyh boley.
