Th e article discusses the issues of transfer of certain functions of municipal land control in terms of conservation of land resources in the fi eld of self-regulation. Proposals for the development of institutions of self-government are made taking into account the peculiarities of agricultural production.

Устойчивое функционирование хозяйствующих субъектов — наиболее значимый вопрос для любой экономической системы. Обеспечить устойчивое развитие невозможно без осуществления регулирования, в том числе контроля отраслей деятельности.
