V rezul'tate mikrostrukturnyh issledovaniy obrazcov iz stali 45 ustanovleno, chto s uvelicheniem ravnomernosti volnovogo deformacionnogo uprochneniya v poverhnostnom sloe protekaet ryad processov. Pri nebol'shoy ravnomernosti uprochneniya formiruetsya razvernutaya na ugol 45° voloknistaya struktura i globulyarnyy ferrit. Pri vozrastanii ravnomernosti uprochneniya snachala proishodit vystraivanie perpendikulyarno deformiruyuschemu usiliyu zony polnogo dispergirovaniya ferrita i perlita, a zatem obrazovanie vysokodispersnyh zon v forme linz – pereuprochnennyh oblastey.
