MODERN VIEW ON THE TECHNOLOGIZATION OF A COMPANY’S SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract (English):
The paper studies social technologies within the context of the computer-assisted environment used for optimization of a company’s operation. It analyzes the notion ‘social technologies’ as it appears in the works by Russian and foreign researchers. The article also defi nes the directions for technologization of the social environment: employee, department, company. The levels of the technologization (theory, methods, procedure) are shown both with their functioning as technological procedures. The paper acknowledges the innovational nature of the social technologization in the organizational processes, analyzes reasons for resistance to these innovations and provides the manner to overcome the problem.
