Abstract (English):
Adopted at the end of last year, Federal Law No. 454-FZ of December 29, 2017 «On Amending the Federal Law “on the Bank for Development”» signifi cantly increased the capacity of Vnesheconombank (hereinaft er referred to as «VEB») in order to create conditions for a stable growth of the country’s economy.
