ABSTRACT

The article reflects the current problems of diagnosis and treatment of marginal periodontal microflora by research in severe forms of the disease that are resistant to antibiotic treatment. Microbiological testing of the contents of periodontal pockets by sowing material on culture media for the isolation of pure culture and determine its type (identification) revealed multidirectional violation mikrobiotsinozov in patients with severe periodontitis in the form of increased number and activity of pathogenic microflora. Determination of the sensitivity of the data of microbial associations disk diffusion method allowed correctly adjust antimicrobial treatment.
