INCREASING TECHNOLOGICAL EFFICIENCY OF FORESTRY ROADS CONSTRUCTION FROM LOW STRENGTH STONE MATERIALS

Abstract (English):
V sovremennyh usloviyah vedeniya lesopromyshlennoy deyatel'nosti dlya stroitel'stva i remonta lesovoznyh avtomobil'nyh dorog, vozmozhnost' primeneniya vysokokachestvennyh kondicionnyh stroitel'nyh materialov dlya ustroystva konstruktivnyh sloev dorozhnyh odezhd stanovitsya ekonomicheski trudno realizuemoy. V to zhe vremya ispol'zovanie mestnyh kamennyh nizkoprochnyh materialov sopryazheno s ryadom tehnologicheskih i ekspluatacionnyh trudnostey. Pri otsutstvii vyazhuschego materiala osnovnym fiziko-mehanicheskim parametrom, ocenivayuschim ekspluatacionnye harakteristiki dorogi budet yavlyat'sya strukturnaya prochnost' konstruktivnogo sloya. Nami byli provedeny laboratornye issledovaniya po izucheniyu izmeneniya zernovogo sostava pri uplotnenii kamennyh materialov iz razlichnyh gornyh porod. Provedena ocenka stepeni vliyaniya razmerov izmel'chennyh chastic na strukturnuyu prochnost' sloya pokrytiya. Izucheno vliyaniya krupnosti chastic na uderzhivayuschie sily mezhdu nimi. Bylo pokazano, chto chasticy krupnost'yu menee 0,25 mm sposobny obrazovyvat' pomimo fizicheskih svyazey esche i himicheskie, cementiruyuschie svyazi za schet reakcii s vodoy. Na osnove etih dannyh izucheno vliyanie melkogo zapolnitelya na velichinu kontaktnyh usiliy mezhdu chasticami razlichnyh kamennyh materialov i na skorost' ego izmel'cheniya. Rassmotreno vliyanie katkov na uplotnyaemyy kamennyy material pri stroitel'stve lesovoznyh dorog i polucheny zavisimosti ego vzaimodeystviya s vibroval'cami katkov. Ustanovleno, chto vremya vozdeystviya val'ca, s uchetom deformacii uplotnyaemogo materiala, zavisit ot perioda kolebaniy vibrovozbuditelya, vremeni kontakta materiala s val'com, razmera pyatna kontakta i skorosti dvizheniya katka. T.e. v processe izmel'cheniya chastic snachala proishodit umen'shenie davleniya mezhdu zernami kamennogo materiala do predela, kogda rost chisla kontaktov zamedlyaetsya, a zatem proishodit pereraspredelenie usiliy v schebenochnom sloe. Razrabotany rekomendacii po uplotneniyu konstruktivnyh sloev pri stroitel'stve dorozhnyh odezhd lesovoznyh avtomobil'nyh dorog s ispol'zovaniem mestnyh nizkoprochnyh kamennyh materialov i provedeno sravnenie ih s kondicionnymi vysokoprochnymi materialami.
