EFFECT OF THE INTRODUCTION OF NANODIMENSIONAL TITANIUM DIOXIDE ON THE FORMATION OF STAPHYLOCOCCUS EPIDERMIDIS 33 FILMS GROWN ON VERTEX THERMOSENS SUBSTRATES

Abstract (English):
Predmet. Problema obrazovaniya mikrobnyh plenok na konstrukcionnyh materialah ne teryaet svoey aktual'nosti nesmotrya na sovremennyy uroven' razvitiya stomatologicheskogo materialovedeniya. Pri etom naibol'shiy risk predstavlyayut pacienty s priobretennymi defektami i deformaciyami chelyustno-licevoy oblasti. V bol'shinstve sluchaev eto svyazano s zatrudneniem provedeniya gigienicheskih meropriyatiy i slozhnoy topografiey defekta i, sootvetstvenno, slozhno-chelyustnogo proteza. V stat'e rassmatrivaetsya variant ingibirovaniya obrazovaniya mikrobnoy plenki na bazisnom konstrukcionnom materiale putem modifikacii ego sostava. Cel'. Eksperimental'no-laboratornoe izuchenie vozmozhnosti ingibirovaniya obrazovaniya bioplenki Staphylococcus epidermidis 33 na poliamidnom konstrukcionnom materiale Vertex ThermoSens pri vvedenii v ego sostav nanorazmernogo dioksida titana. Metodologiya. Issledovanie rosta mikrobnyh bioplenok provodili na obrazcah poliamidnogo materiala Vertex ThermoSens. Izuchenie biomassy plenok provodili putem izmereniya svyazyvaniya kletkami bakteriy i matriksom bioplenok krasitelya – gencianvioleta. Kolichestvo zhiznesposobnyh kletok v bioplenkah vyyavlyali po urovnyu vosstanovleniya vodorastvorimogo tetrazoliya. Posleduyuschuyu detekciyu opticheskoy plotnosti izmeryali na spektrofotometre. Rezul'taty. Eksperimental'nye obrazcy Vertex ThermoSens s vvedennym v sostav nanorazmernym dioksidom titana pokazali bol'shuyu rezistentnost' v otnoshenii obschey biomassy i zhivyh kletok posle 48-chasovogo kul'tivirovaniya mikrobnoy plenki Staphylococcus epidermidis 33, imeya dostovernoe statisticheski znachimoe snizhenie v dva i bolee raza. Vyvody. Vklyuchenie v sostav bazisnogo konstrukcionnogo materiala Vertex ThermoSens nanorazmernogo dioksida titana v kolichestve do 1 mas.% privodit k ugneteniyu plenkoobrazuyuschey sposobnosti Staphylococcus epidermidis 33 na poverhnosti eksperimental'nyh obrazcov kak v otnoshenii obschey biomassy, tak i zhivyh kletok. Dannyy fakt imeet prakticheskoe znachenie dlya ispol'zovaniya poluchennyh rezul'tatov eksperimenta v klinicheskoy stomatologii v kachestve sposoba ingibirovaniya obrazovaniya mikrobnoy plenki na stomatologicheskom bazisnom polimernom materiale na etape izgotovleniya s'emnyh konstrukciy slozhno-chelyustnyh protezov i apparatov.
