RECOGNITION OF PROBLEM AREAS AND WAYS OF PROCESS OPTIMIZATION IN ARRANGING RECEPTION WORK AT MUNICIPAL DENTAL CLINICS WHEN IMPLEMENTING METHODS OF LEAN PRODUCTION

Abstract (English):
Predmet. Izmenenie psihologicheskih ustanovok pri realizacii programmy «Berezhlivoe proizvodstvo» nachinaetsya s formirovaniya vovlechennosti vseh uchastnikov processa. Aktual'nost' nastoyaschego issledovaniya obuslovlena nedostatochnoy razrabotannost'yu organizacionno-psihologicheskih problem diagnostiki i kupirovaniya psihologicheskih reakciy, voznikayuschih u rabotnikov medicinskoy organizacii i pacientov i proyavlyayuschihsya v emocional'nom napryazhenii, trevoge i strahe. Neobhodimost' issledovaniya diktovalas' takzhe opredeleniem problemnyh zon i razrabotkoy prakticheskogo plana realizacii meropriyatiy v ramkah «Berezhlivogo proizvodstva». Cel' — issledovanie vovlechennosti personala v organizacionnye izmeneniya v ramkah «Berezhlivogo proizvodstva», povyshenie dostupnosti i kachestva medicinskoy pomoschi naseleniyu za schet optimizacii processov pri ee okazanii i ustraneniya poter' pri obespechenii menedzhmenta stomatologicheskoy pomoschi i uslug, vyyavlenie riskov raboty stomatologicheskoy polikliniki, obosnovanie oblastey ee uluchsheniya, sozdanie kart processov i optimizacii medicinskoy pomoschi v celom. Metodologiya. Provedeno issledovanie s ispol'zovaniem metodov nablyudeniya, anketirovaniya i introspekcii sostoyaniya ryada psihicheskih i psihofiziologicheskih funkciy medicinskih rabotnikov v usloviyah professional'noy sredy, psihofiziologicheskogo sostoyaniya pacientov v processe ozhidaniya stomatologicheskoy pomoschi. Rezul'taty. Vyyavleny tak nazyvaemye uzkie mesta potoka polucheniya stomatologicheskoy pomoschi, v chastnosti ozhidanie medicinskoy pomoschi v registrature. Opredeleny puti realizacii proekta. Opredeleny pilotnye ploschadki dlya otrabotki tehnologii vnedreniya metodov «Berezhlivogo proizvodstva», na kazhdoy iz kotoryh silami prepodavateley i studentov medicinskogo universiteta i chlenov rabochih grupp polikliniki provodilis' psihologicheskoe issledovanie vovlechennosti medicinskogo i nemedicinskogo personala v organizacionnye izmeneniya i hronometrazh rabochego vremeni. Vyvody. Rezul'tat issledovaniya pokazal aktual'nost' izucheniya kriteriya vovlechennosti sotrudnikov medicinskih organizaciy i upravlyayuschih imi struktur, poskol'ku, kazhdomu rukovoditelyu neobhodimo ponimat', naskol'ko rabotniki v celom i ih otdel'nye gruppy zainteresovany v rezul'tatah obschey deyatel'nosti, kakie faktory vliyayut na personal i kak imi sleduet gramotno upravlyat'.
