ESTIMATION OF THE CONE-BEAM COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY IN DIAGNOSTICS OF THE PREMOLAR ROOT SYSTEM ANATOMY OF THE MANDIBLE AND MAXILLA
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Cel' issledovaniya – ocenit' diagnosticheskie vozmozhnosti konusno-luchevoy komp'yuternoy tomografii v ocenke anatomii kanal'no-kornevoy sistemy premolyarov verhney i nizhney chelyu- stey, ocenit' soglasovannost' mezhdu rentgenologami v ocenke stroeniya kanal'no-kornevoy sistemy verhnih i nizhnih premolyarov po dannym KLKT. Dizayn issledovaniya: byli oce- neny dannye klinicheskogo endodonticheskogo obsledovaniya, intraoral'nye radioviziogrammy i konusno-luchevye tomogrammy 240 pervyh i vtoryh premolyarov nizhney i verhney chelyustey 183 pacientov, prohodivshih endodonticheskoe lechenie v stomatologicheskoy klinike. Soglaso- vannost' mezhdu rentgenologami ocenivalas' s pomosch'yu kappy Koena. Diagnosticheskaya znachi- most' rezul'tatov ocenivalas' s pomosch'yu t-kriteriya St'yudenta. Rezul'taty: v podavlyayuschem bol'shinstve sluchaev (80 %, 93,3 %, 100 %) premolyary imeli odnokornevoe stroenie (vtorye verhnie, pervye i vtorye nizhnie premolyary sootvetstvenno); 91,6 % i 100 % pervyh i vtoryh verhnih premolyarov imeli dva kornevyh kanala, 60 % i 98,3 % pervyh i vtoryh nizhnih pre- molyarov imeli odnokanal'noe stroenie; 12,5 % dvuhkanal'nyh pervyh nizhnih premolyarov ne bylo adekvatno oceneno s pomosch'yu kliniko-instrumental'nogo metoda. Soglasovannost' mezhdu issledovatelyami dlya ocenki kolichestva korney byla tochnoy (k=0,80‑1,00, p˂0,001), dlya ocenki kolichestva kornevyh kanalov i tipa stroeniya – znachimoy i tochnoy (k=0,61‑1,00, p˂0,05).
