A WAY OF INHIBITING THE BACTERIAL BIOFILM FORMATION PRODUCED BY STAPHYLOCOCCUS EPIDERMIDIS 33 ON THE SURFACE OF TITAN DIOXIDE HAVING NANOMODIFIED SURFACE
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
V stat'e rassmatrivaetsya variant resheniya problemy obrazovaniya mikrobnoy plenki na kon- strukcionnom materiale iz dioksida titana s nanomodificirovannoy poverhnost'yu v forme anataza. Rassmotrena vozmozhnost' ispol'zovaniya nizkomolekulyarnogo kationnogo peptida varnerina. Osobennost'yu dannogo sposoba yavlyaetsya vyrazhennaya aktivnost' peptida varnerina v otnoshenii obschey biomassy i zhivyh kletok mikrobnyh plenok, chto dokazano v eksperimen- tal'no-laboratornom issledovanii. Nanostrukturirovannaya poverhnost' dioksida titana pri kul'tivirovanii bioplenok Staphylococcus epidermidis 33 ne prepyatstvuet proyavleniyu antibakterial'nogo deystviya varnerina. Sposob ingibirovaniya obrazovaniya bakterial'nyh plenok na poverhnosti predlozhennogo konstrukcionnogo materiala mozhet byt' ispol'zovan v klinicheskoy stomatologii dlya profilaktiki i lecheniya vospalitel'nyh posleoperacionnyh oslozhneniy u bol'nyh s priobretennymi defektami chelyustno-licevoy oblasti i posle ope- racii dental'noy implantacii.
