Abstract (English):
Stress – postoyannyy sputnik zhizni sovremennogo cheloveka. Stressovye situacii sopro- vozhdayut nas i na rabote, i v povsednevnoy zhizni, izbezhat' ih nevozmozhno. Negativnye emocii – neot'emlemaya chast' nashey zhizni, kazhdyy iz nas mozhet ispytyvat' zlost', obidu, razocharovanie i prochie ne samye priyatnye emocii. Umenie pozitivno preodolevat' eto i est' stressoustoychivost'! Stressoustoychivost' rabotnika sostavlyaet sovokupnost' lichnostnyh kachestv, takih kak: tip nervnoy sistemy (individual'nye svoystva lichnosti i temperament), zhiznennyy opyt lichnosti, uroven' professional'noy podgotovki i navyki, kotorye pozvo- lyayut medicinskomu rabotniku vyderzhivat' napryazhennuyu intellektual'nuyu, volevuyu i emo- cional'nuyu nagruzku, kotoraya obuslovlena osobennostyami professional'noy deyatel'nosti, isklyuchat' ili minimizirovat' vrednye posledstviya dlya medicinskoy deyatel'nosti, okruzha- yuschih i sobstvennogo zdorov'ya. Stressoustoychivost' medicinskogo rabotnika harakterizuetsya umeniem cheloveka preodolevat' trudnosti, ne proyavlyat' negativnye emocii, s ponimaniem otnosit'sya k nastroeniyam pacienta, proyavlyat' vyderzhku i takt pri mezhlichnostnom obschenii.
