Anatomicheskaya blizost' licevogo i mozgovogo cherepa obuslovlivaet chastotu vozniknoveniya sochetannyh travm, kotoraya sostavlyaet 6,3‑90 % po dannym raznyh avtorov. Pri sochetannyh travmah razvivaetsya disbalans v regulyacii pro- i protivovospalitel'nyh zven'ev immunnoy sistemy, chto sposobstvuet aktivizacii patogennyh mikroorganizmov i razvitiyu vospalitel'nyh oslozhneniy. V nastoyaschem issledovanii predstavlen monitoring citokinovogo statusa u postradavshih s cerebrofacial'nymi povrezhdeniyami. V issledovanie vklyucheny 60 pacientov (56 muzhchin i 8 zhenschin) v vozraste ot 20 do 50 let s perelomami kostey licevogo skeleta v sochetanii s cherepno-mozgovymi povrezhdeniyami, za isklyucheniem ushiba golovnogo mozga tyazheloy stepeni. Pacientam provedeno issledovanie IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 i FNO syvorotki krovi po metodike IFA na 1, 3, 7 i 10 sutki posle polucheniya travmy. Znachimoe uvelichenie koncentraciy provospalitel'nyh citokinov IL-6, IL-8 (svyshe 10 pg / ml) v pervye sutki posle travmy podcherkivayut adekvatnyy otvet immunnoy sistemy na mehanicheskuyu travmu. Disbalans immunnogo otveta nablyudali v 9 % sluchayah u pacientov v ostryy period cerebrofacial'noy travmy, chto vyrazhalos' v vysokih koncentraciyah IL-10 (svyshe 31 pg / ml), FNO (bolee 6 pg / ml) i soprovozhdalos' razvitiem oslozhnennogo techeniya (zamedlennaya konsolidaciya, osteomielit).
