A working Instruction for Chain of Custody certification of FME «Minski Leshoz» (management of supply chain) in accordance with the requirements of FSC-STD-40-004 v. 2-1 has been prepared. The analysis of attribute and cartographic database GIS «Forest Resources» and reporting data from AWP «Forest management» was done. Some errors in the selection procedure of representative forest stands are identified (based on the requirements of the interim FM standard in Belarus (FM-32)). Based on analysis of the database and field records a new algorithm for the formation of the database of representative sample stands has been proposed. Also selection of new forest stands has been done, and a new database is proposed.

В рамках работы разработана рабочая Инструкция управления цепочками поставок древесного сырья ГЛУ «Минский лесхоз» в соответствии с требованиями стандарта FSC-STD-40-004 v. 2-1 EN FSC Standard for Chain of Custody Certification [1, 2], включающая «Описание процедуры, определяющей методы контроля, распределение ответственности и структурные подразделения, работающие с древесной продукцией, не соответствующей требованиям FSC» (в связи с введением в действие «Директивы FSC по сертификации цепочки поставок» - FSC-DIR-40-004 EN FSC «Directive on Chain of Custody Certification» (Advice 40-004-08 «Non-conforming product» (Normative reference: FSC-STD-40-004 v 2-1 Clauses 1.2.1 and 10.1.1) и др.
