A system for automatic control of exhaust ventilation of mill is developed, which allows us to solve the following tasks: to include any fan in manual mode, both with the help of local control and remotely; in automatic mode, primarily the problem in controlling the amount of dust in the air of grinding area is solved; secondarily, after reducing the amount of dust, we solve the problem of temperature regulation in the grinding room area; temperature control is carried out in stages; If one fan is not enough to lower the temperature, then the second motor is switched to the parallel operation of drive.

В последнее время в отечественном сельском хозяйстве широкое распространение получили небольшие универсальные мельничные пункты, позволяющие получать товарную муку и обрабатывать различные крупы. Типовым проектом для подобного мельничного комплекса предусмотрено два комплекта приточно-вытяжной вентиляции (системы Ш и ПГ), размещенные в специальной вентиляционной камере. Требованиями технологического процесса для них предусматривается три режима работы вентиляции: ручное включение и отключение двигателя вентилятора, либо дистанционно с кнопочного поста в размольном отделении, либо с аналогичного кнопочного поста в вентиляционной камере возле самого вентилятора. Третьим режимом работы, реализованным в стандартной системе управления вентиляцией, является автоматическое управление вентиляторами в зависимости от температуры в размольном отделении с помощью биметаллических датчиков температуры типа ДТКБ с релейным выходом.
