The psychological basis of interaction of subjects of educational process in educational organizations of higher education are considered. In particular, the principles and models of organization of pedagogical interaction of the teacher and the students, but also the conditions conducive to the construction of their joint activities. Pedagogical interaction involves specific objectives, content and technology in terms of educational organizations, irrespective of departmental affiliation. According to the authors, pedagogical interaction is a systematic, ongoing implementation of the communicative actions of the teacher aimed to elicit a reaction from the part of the learner, and this reaction causes in turn, the effects. Thus a specific form of communication, is installed in the course of a holistic educational process.
