METHOD OF PAIRED COMPARISONS AS CONTRIBUTING TO SOLVING ECOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF WASTEWATER SLUDGE PROCESSING

Abstract (English):
With a steady growth of consumption, the Russian Federation has recently seen an increase in waste. However, waste processing and disposal are not duly address, which makes scientific research into the issue of waste processing expedient. The article provides an algorithm of using the method of paired comparisons in selecting the most effective technology of waste processing. The authors consider one of the algorithms of the method of paired comparisons: the algorithm of paired comparisons for a group of experts to be used for identifying the most efficient waste composting technology.

Для многих современных городов и промышленных предприятий актуальной является проблема переработки и утилизации отходов. Подобные вопросы решаются на государственном уровне, но недостаток финансирования и различные социальные неурядицы не позволяют уделять достаточно внимания данной проблеме. Между тем, окружающей среде наносится вред, иногда непоправимый, когда бытовые и промышленные отходы не перерабатывают, а сбрасывают на поля, в водоёмы или используют для этих целей прочие места, где есть возможность безнаказанно загрязнять окружающий ландшафт. Таким образом, крайне актуальной и жизненно важной становится задача выявления эффективной технологии переработки отходов, оценка её с помощью различных методов анализа.
