. The article discusses the temperature distribution in the reactor for producing polycrystalline silicon. The function giving the temperature distribution is Laplace's solution under the appropriate boundary conditions. To solve the problem, a grid is built. A system of algebraic equations has been compiled and solved. The program is written in C #.
