Abstract (English):
The article attempts to justify the possibility of preserving the success of older employees through the formation of ecoystem concept and policy age diversity. To implement these ideas, the content of the main, the determinates working capacity is updated. The similarity the grouping of age thresholds and the possibility of their transformation through the modeling of functional ages is shown.
