Abstract (English):
The article considers the international legal problems of dolphin protection. The analysis of the existing conventions is given in detail; declarations on the subject of the article are considered. The content of the national legislation of a number of countries on the conservation of dolphins is outlined. The contribution of the Russian Federation to the struggle for the preservation of dolphins is shown.
