The aim of the search work was to identify the relationship between the successes of operators managing various human-computer interfaces, with the individual characteristics of operators established on the basis of psychological testing. In the course of the study, a number of scales were identified in existing test methods associated with the success of managing a particular interface. The possibility of various machine learning methods for constructing regression models linking psychological scales and the result of the operator's activity was evaluated.
