The article attempts to present systemic deviantology from ontological and epistemological points of view with the general goal to put an end to the protracted conceptual timelessness and to stop the degradation of the academic thought. The author thrives to recreate the deviantological science on the basis of the system theory. Inorder to accomplish that the author have developed a unified systemic thesaurus and characterized the most important elements of the deviantological knowledgefrom a unified theoretical standpoint, thereby filling the theoretical vacuum in science.
