INVESTIGATION OF THE KINEMATICS AND DYNAMICS OF PROPULSOR OF TRACK HARVESTER

Abstract (English):
The research of multilink mechanism on the example of propulsor track harvester ЛЗ-5 was made. Propulsor of track harvester (CH) is a multilink mechanism, as it consists of track tracks, including a large number of tracks hingedly connected to each other. For research, we selected the program UM Tracked Vehicles, as it is most appropriate for the task. At the stage of development of the design documentation, such virtual testing in economic terms is more favorable than the natural prototype testing.

Проведено исследование многозвенного механизма на примере движителя гусеничной лесозаготовительной машины ЛЗ-5. Движитель гусеничной лесозаготовительной машины (ГЛЗМ) является многозвенным механизмом, так как состоит из гусеничных лент, включающих в себя большое количество траков шарнирно соединенных друг с другом. Для проведения исследований, нами была выбрана программа UM Tracked Vehicles, так как она наиболее приемлема для решения данной задачи. На этапе разработки конструкторской документации, проведение таких виртуальных испытаний с экономической точки зрения выгоднее, чем натуральное испытания прототипа.
