The article presents a variant of solving the actual scientific and practical problem of diagnosing the state of the main engine of the SEP based on multilayer neural networks. To solve this problem, a mathematical model has been developed that makes it possible to determine the dependence of the parameters of the engine operation process on various defects and is based on a modified method of diagnostic matrices and the rules of fuzzy logic.
