Purpose: To determine resource rational allocation in the management of technique that specializes in intra-terminal moving, to develop dispatching method for container flow. Methods: The work applies materials from open sources. Systematic approach is applied to designing rational management system for container terminal technique. Results: Method of container flow dispatching at terminal has been developed, the method features combining of conversion processes on the basis of prioritizing wagon supply, criteria for reducing the empty mileage of lifting-transport vehicles and increasing cargo front productivity. Practical importance: The developed method of dispatching container flow will allow make transition to complex automation and further robotization of container terminals.
