ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to theoretical and organizational bases, as well as to the peculiarities of the appointment of forensic examinations in the investigation of crimes related to violation of traffic rules and vehicle operation. Particular attention is paid to the circumstances that have a negative impact on the completeness and objectivity of the collection of source data on which the quality of forensic examinations depends.
