Abstract (English):
The article presents an analysis of transformation of the rules of official conduct in the activities of the internal affairs bodies. Management culture is considered as a fundamental regulator of relations both within the system of internal affairs, and external contacts. The institutional analysis of the activities of the internal affairs bodies is conducted; the functions and principles of management culture are highlighted.
