The experiment technique which allows to research the influence of heat carrier circulation speed on the process of bee-bread convective cyclic drying in a honeycomb is described. Empiric dependences of bee-bread residual moisture on the time in the process of the proposed drying way application are determined. Energy capacity of the researched technological modes is determined.
