Abstract (English):
This article is devoted to how biological and chemical melioration, that was used in pine stands, density of which is various, influences on forest stand productivity and properties of pine wood. Also samples of wood were taken in forest stands. Then the width of annual rings, density and mechanical properties of wood were determined. The greatest and most long effect has given selection thinning, which allows to increase diameter gain and to remove undesirable trees. Density of stands should not reduce below 4 thousand trees / ha to preserve the physical and mechanical properties of wood.

Аннотация: представлено влияние применения биологической и химической мелиорации, селекционного изреживания в возрастах 11 лет и 20–22 года на продуктивность древостоев. Взяты образцы древесины и изучены некоторые физико-механические свойства древесины, полученной в сосновых древостоях разной густоты с применением минеральных удобрений. Наибольшее и продолжительное влияние оказывает селекционное изреживание, которое не только позволяет увеличить прирост по диаметру, но и удалить нежелательные деревья. В целях сохранения физико-механических свойств древесины густоту древостоев не следует снижать менее 4 тыс. деревьев/га.
