Abstract (English):
The authors of the article developed the model of infected skin lesion with controlled parameters including both bacterial wound semination and the lesion depth and area that can be used in the chronic experiment for studying new preparation antibacterial and biological properties. According to its characteristics the model is closer to the clinical conditions of prolonged non-healing wounds.
