The valuation indicator of power material resource cost level on the basis of power input structure when using machine and tractor units is offered in the article. The analysis of modern techniques for the optimizing task solution with the use of genetic algorithms is provided; the possibility of their use for the problem solution of power input decrease when using the mobile machine and tractor units that are carrying out various technological operations as a part of machine complexes on crop cultivation is substantiated.
