The frame dictionary use experience in the poly-cultural education in the practical course of Russian as a foreign language is presented in article. The frame articles "Education in Great Britain", "The Higher Education in Russia", "The Siberian federal university" are developed and presented; the frame dictionary distinctive features are described; the recommendations on the work with the dictionary for development of the speech activity productive types are made; the example of the frame dictionary use in poly-cultural education is presented.
