ABSTRACT

The entry of Russiainto the WTO requires there consideration of the existing system of the agriculture state regulation and its reorientation on the acceleration of the innovation development rate and the Russian product competitiveness on the global agricultural food market. The experience of the leading agricultural countries of the European Union on this issue is considered by the authors and a number of measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of the state supportis offered.
