The study presents the results of analytical review of technical characteristics of solar panels (modules) and photo- voltaic stations (PVS) of various manufacturers. The purpose of the study is reviewing solar panels and photovoltaic sta- tions of Russian manufacturers for their effective use in power supply systems of domestic producers for rural consumers. The research objectives are studying solar panels market and photovoltaic modules manufactured in Russia; the compari- son of their characteristics; finding out the most effective pho- toelectric modules at the moment. The comparison has been made in several indicators, such as the size, efficiency, cost, service life. For the identification of the most effective solar panels presented on the Russian market the analysis of char- acteristics of single-crystal, multicrystalline solar modules, monocrystalline solar modules of increased efficiency, flexible solar modules, heterostructural solar modules, and also sandwich panels of the largest domestic producers, such as JSC ‘Telecom-STV’ (Zelenograd), ‘Hevel’ (Novocheboksarsk, Chuvashia), JSC ‘ZMKP’ (Ryazan), JSC ‘Saturn’ (Krasnodar), JSC NPP ‘Kvant’ (Moscow) and JSC ‘Termotron-plant’ (Bry- ansk) has been carried out carried out. As a result of analytical research heterostructural solar panels made by Hevel compa- ny, Novocheboksarsk, the Republic of Chuvashia proved to be the most effective ones. The efficiency of these panels at simi- lar dimensions makes 22.6 %, compared to 17 % at conven- tional single-crystalpanels; thus the cost of 290 W heterostructural panel makes 23700 rubles, whereas at monocrystalline it makes 27450 rubles; guaranteed life ser- vice of Hevel panels makes 25 years at power deceleration by 30 % whereas at other manufacturers it makes10 years.
